  The surface of galvalume steel sheet present unique slippy, flat and rich zinc spangle, and base color is silver white. The cladding material components consists of 55% aluminum and 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon by the weight ratio. In the production process, the production technology of galvanized steel sheet is similar with zinc-alum steel sheet. The experimenters of put the two sides of the two sheets all exposed to the same environment. Compared to the galvanized steel sheet with the same thickness, the galvalume steel sheets have more excellent corrosion resistance. Of course, aluzinc steel sheets not only have excellent corrosion resistance, but also has excellent adhesion and flexibility.

  The long-term corrosion resistance of metal coating products depends primarily on melting rate of coating and thickness of cladding material. The melting rate of the galvanized layer in galvanized steel sheet is higher than that of the galvalume steel sheet with 55% aluminum zinc alloy coating. Thus galvalume steel sheet with 55% aluminum zinc alloy coating has a longer service life than galvanized steel sheet.
 

  The galvalume steel sheet has a silver-white appearance. It’s similar to galvanized steel sheeet and excellent processability, especially rarely show cracks in the processing site in steel plate. And its durability in processing site is superior. Also, in terms of heat resistance, the galvalume steel sheet is much better than galvanized steel sheet. And thermal reflectivity is more than twice higher than that of galvanized steel sheet. The coating adhesion of galvalume steel sheet is excellent. So without weathering and other pretreatment. It can also be directly coated in the advertising board and the common plate. And it can play a role in saving energy.

  The surface of the aluzinc steel sheet is more beautiful than that of the galvanized steel sheet, but the cost is higher than galvanized steel sheet. In the city where the air is wet and rainy, once the cincalum steel sheet is rusted at some point, if it is not taken measures in time, the rusted area will gradually expand to the whole board; but the galvanized steel sheet will not spread even if there’s a point of rust.
